Tomorrow is my Family Challenge weigh-in day, so tonite we're having the usual baked Tilapia with steamed broccoli. (I have a wonderful husband! ha.)
I'm hoping for another 1 lb loss tomorrow.

Sometimes getting through to the next meal can be difficult, but you can do it! I got a nifty double walled insulated Starbucks venti sized cup last week. I find it particularly useful in the evenings, as I fill it with ice & water and then drink 2-3 each evening. I get my extra portions of water, it looks good and keeps me from snacking after dinner.

For me it has been hard to get up and make it into work by 6:30 am and on my days off I sleep till noon. So today I had 2 goals the first one was to take a 6:00 am cycle class, and I am proud to say I did it on my day off. Then was to try something new. I took a class at the gym called drums alive. You place a stability ball on some step risers and spend the whole class beating it with drum sticks. I was so skeptical going in as to how much cardio I would get and found that it was awesome.
