I read that article too. I too only weigh once a week and do not let the number control me. I celebrate if I loose and if not(like this week) I figure out what I need to do the next week, and I don't celebrate!It's only a number - for most of us it is going to go up and down all of our life. Thanks for sharing this. I only weigh myself once a week early in the morning, on the same day. I try not to let that number control how I feel about how I am doing on my total program as I am on 2 medications that make me gain weight - steroids and Neurontin! I am always pleased just to keep my weight the same and glad if I lose weight, not upset if I gain. It's just a number. I am doing my best at my life changing program!! trying to become healthier with all the chronic diseases that I am challenged with.
