Don't feel bad - - I didn't either. That's why I checked with our Vet. Now I have a new thing to worry about. Gosh....

Thank you! I was wondering about our pets, if swine and birds could I figured all animals 4 legged and 2 could. But did not know for sure.

I want to be the person my Dog thinks I am!

I almost "fell off my computer chair this morning" and couldn't believe my eyes . . . . so that was why I called our Vet. Fortunately, he's a kind doctor and didn't mind answering the question.

I'm surprised it wasn't on the television news. Then again, the only news you get in Arkansas is HOGS football scores . .. . . . . ho-hum (yawn)
LOL

This is not a joke! I just read that a cat died in Oregon from H1N1 (Swine flu) that was transfered from a human. Concerned, I immediately called our Vet who said YES, our dogs can also catch it.

Watch your animals (cats & dogs) for sneezing, wheezing, the general flu symptoms according to our Vet.

After all, we love our dear 4-footed, furry family members!
