I was feeling a little squishy and weak yesterday. Instead of waiting until after New Years, I got busy doing some strength training. Took a long walk today, and will do some upper body ST later, as well.
My sister-in-law is stopping by today, and we don't usually exchange gifts, but I decided to make her some caramel corn this morning. Took my time, turned on the holiday lights, and enjoyed the process. Didn't nibble one little bit.
I really like this thread, Karbie. :) Thanks for starting it.
When plugging in the tea kettle, I got a bit 'choked' because it needed to be filled. Then, I got 'present' and realized how ridiculous my ego was being. lol I can't wait until the day that this happens automatically.
