Not nearly enough. I have my coffee in the morning, and sip a diet soda at lunch and into the afternoon. I usually take water with me on my walks, so that's the most I get. I usually have water at dinner, but only about half a glass.

It's one of my current struggles too.

On days that I exercise, it is easy to get in 8 or more glasses a day. I always struggle on non exercising days.
