Kathy! So happy to have you with us. I am here to tell you there is hope. I too have bipolar and anxiety. In 2000 I had severe agoraphobia, afraid to leave my apartment and didn't go out for a year except to dr appointments. With the help of a good psychiatrist and therapist I was able to overcome it. I still have my moments where I want to hibernate at home, but they are less frequent. You are so not alone, even though you feel like it. I know it can feel lonely, especially if loved ones are not supportive or don't understand. You can get your life back. Check in often and ask questions. There are a lot of people on this team that can relate and offer hope. I hope you will find relief soon. Take it one day, one moment at a time.
