I agree that it's your bloodsugar telling yo.u to eat
God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.
It could be your blood sugar is a little low and it's time for your next snack/meal. Try to steer away from caffeine or sugar that can make you feel more anxious.
