mostly it is kind of asking you to look at things in a different way like for example you walk in a room and the person in there doesn't say hello my reaction is "what have i done wrong?" but it kind of teaches you to think "what is going on for them not to speak to me?" and look at the whole picture from an outside point of view its a kind of CBT thing personally i am finding it helpful and i wondered if anyone else had tried it or anything similar
