I have the same problem with my heart rate going up and me going into panic mode. I wish there was a quick fix:(
the right type of music i listen to helps when I exercise= slow vs fast - depending on the moods of my anxiety. Sometimes just walking w/ mellow music helps and other times I am so worked up, a gd fast pace music and running works.

I have a problem with this as well. The elevated heart rate while exercising reminds me of how I feel when I'm having a panic attack & it can totally send me into panic mode. I believe I've come as far as I can without exercise as I've been maintaining a 73 pound weight loss for the past 5 months. I want to start an exercise program, but am hesitant because of my anxiety issues that were gone for 7 years, only to suddenly resurface in October of last year. I have heard that exercise can really help with panic disorder ... but breaking through my fear of it has been a problem.
Does anyone have any issues exercising with their anxiety? I've done pretty well until recently. My anxiety for the last week or so has been pretty high, well higher then normal, and it's made me not want to exercise. I already feel weak, shaky, and like I'm about to pass out. I'm letting my health anxiety get out of control, worrying that I have a million different things wrong with me. All of this makes exercise sound less then appealing.
The few times I have tried to work out, my heartbeat or my breathing or something else freaks me out and I stop. I know I'm fine, I know nothing is wrong with me, but it's hard to rationalize with anxiety. Does anyone else have this problem?
