Good luck, I hope you have co-workers that understand and help you ease back into your work schedule. I took a herbal valerian root capsule in the mornings after I went back to work for a few weeks after 2 months treating my anxiety and weaning off prescription meds. Exercise and support from friends and family helped tremendously. Laughter also I found now is the best anti-depressant/anxiety med! It's free and all-natural! lol
