I'm so sorry you had to go through such an exhausting and emotionally daunting ordeal. I am glad though that your GP was willing to contact you Psych-Dr. You are blessed to have a good GP. As for the nurse if that would make you feel better, then by all means write a letter of complaint. Not only would it benefit you. but just might benefit other patients and prevent them from going through a similar incidence. I'm glad you shared with us and I hope you will continue to keep us up to date on your progress! We're here to help and we care. May you be blessed today! Cynthia

Don't feel bad, we have all been there or are now!
I overextended myself Wednesday. I was 'down' mpst of the day yesterday. Only did dishes. I thought sure I'd feel better tday, but, not. Here I sit with no help of any kind. I got my meds done for a week, and, that's been all.
If anytime you feel like you are too much, just e-mail me, and we'll ramble on together. Okay?

If 1 is the lowest that you can be then that is my number. I hit rock bottom today. I have fought heaps to get myself well but it all fell apart today. I could not get a hold of my nurse today of which I made 3 calls becuase I have restarted on my Lithium and it had been 5 days. I hade to have a blood test and the psychiartist told the nurse to call me to let me know the results. She never got back to me. In the end as a final attempt to find out my results I went and saw my GP/doctor. I spent about an hour with her making calls to the team who were meant to look after me. The nurse I had said my lab results were good but my GP said it wasn't and eventually got through to my psychiatrist and between the 2 of them both believed that I needed an increase in the meds. What I did not like was my nurse laughing at my so I shall make a complaint. When I got back home went to bed so I could get a bit of rest. I hope it was ok to just blog and blog about of my day. Hopefully - no tomorrow will be better. I shall make it so and let you know what my day was like. Thanks for listening to my ramble.
