Whenever I experience anxiety [whither it be during the day or the middle of the night] I say the Lord's Prayer over and over until I felt the anxiety easing. During our daughter's time battling Breast Cancer I'd wake up in the night, just petrified with fear. I'd want to call her, just to hear her voice. Knowing I couldn't wake her up, this is what I did!
