I had the same problem a few months ago. I would try my hardest not to take the as needed meds because I was sick of taking so many medications. I have learned to just take it when I need and my moods are getting a lot better. Keep it up!

Hi Elizabeth. I'm glad to hear you are taking your medication as prescribed. It really does make all the difference in the world. I always hate to add another drug to my "cocktail," but I almost always feel better once I start taking it. Thank your for reminding me how important it is to take my medication every day. Good luck to you. ~ Eden

I know what you mean! I'm always hesitant to start a new med, then when I do take it, it makes all the difference. I'm really glad you're feeling better!

For a long time I've been prescribed Klonopin as a per-need, but haven't taken it even in my most anxious times- not even during panic attacks. I think there are many reasons why I was against it but they were all kind of silly! Lately I've been taking my med as needed and my stress levels and anxiety attacks have gone down tenfold! Sometimes it's just a good think to listen to your doctors!!!
