Right now, I'm doing the basic nutritional supplements, a one-a-day, a Vit D for my small bones and potential anti-cancer effect (I'm a survivor 5 years coming up next Feb), and omega-3. I just started this regimen right around when I joined this group. Sleep, tons of fruits and veg, water, exercise, and vitamins for coping with the stress.

Develop an interesting cross-training routine that will be fun for my daughter to join in on.
10,000 steps/day whether running or walking.
Launch my SLEEP project!
