.....taking care of my health rather than being afraid to go through more tests!
Focus in on a positive in your daily life, and sometimes it can help you feel less stressed. Thinking positive is difficult when our minds rush into the negative area of our thoughts or lives-- but if we can focus in and remember the positives, they may help your day go alot better for you.
So, what positive(s) are you going to FOCUS on today rather than allowing the anxiety to increase with thoughts of possibly not as positive things in your life?
