I may be able to come back as co-leader, but I'm just not certain with my months ahead due to medical issues. But, I think with all of our help, we can do it!

We share our responsibilities of leadership and try to find each persons strong point in asking them to do a certain aspect of the leadership role. We need someone who has new ideas and is willing to devote some time but we do not want anyone to become overwhelmed with the process. Because of the team we are that is a concern for us of anyone taking the position. We would let anyone take it slow to see if they were comfortable with the position. Thanks for the interest. We are so proud of how our team has grown over the last few months. As team leaders we have been overwhelmed with the response to the team and so many great new members. We have also had a difficult time keeping up because of our own health issues and time constraints. We would like to ask your help. We feel it is time to add at least one new co-leader if not two. We also would like to know if there are any new ideas team members might have for us.
If you are interested in a co-leadership role please contact one or all of us and we will confer. If you have new ideas for threads or discussions please post them here and we can check them out as a team and add them to the forum. We appreciate your help.
