I'm one of the hesitant ones to mix any sort of supplement, herbal or otherwise, with the meds that I'm on now. And, I'm following my dr's orders as they can check and see if any med that you may be on now will work with or against the supplement. If you are on any sort of medication, I'd check with your dr. before taking -- rather be safe than sorry.

I've never heard of it. Now I want to do some investigating.
God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.
I just posted this question, also, on a different thread. My doctor recommended this to me, along with St. John's Wort, and I found it helpful. I stopped taking it for awhile and did notice my anxiety level creep back up so I have begun taking it again. I notice it does say on the bottle to take no more than 30 days. I am hoping more people respond to this question because I am really interested in hearing about others' experiences. Take care.
I will find strength in pain and I will change my ways....to live my life as it's meant to be.

I have heard conflicting reports about taking Kava Kava. I have found it to be very helpful in reducing my anxiety level but I'm hearing that it is bad for your liver.
