Hi!

I'm new here, and have been dealing with anxiety most of my life but ESPECIALLY the last 9 months or so. Over the last little while, it's starting to ease up a little, and at the risk of sounding like an infomercial, I just wanted to share them with you. Oh boy, I seriously sound like some kind of spam. I promise! I'm a real person!! Haha.

The first is the website anxietyguru.net. It's written by a guy who suffers from anxiety himself, but has super positive, uplifting help tips. It's a website full of hope.

The second is the book "Hope and Help for Your Nerves" by Dr. Clarie Weekes. It's an older book, but it hits the nail on the head for me. Part of my anxiety is all these little physical symptoms that doctors can never really explain. She attributes them all (foggy headedness, headaches, fatigue, high resting heart rate) to anxiety. I have a hard time totally accepting that, but the days when I CAN accept that, I start to feel better.
