Hi Ela! Thanks for the heads up on something informative! I think for many this could be beneficial. For those of you whom get obsessive or really anxious about health matters I would say ere on cautious side.
It is good to know how stress affects our bodies. Ela does the documentary give insight how to lower stress? That would be a great thing. I appreciate your sharing with us what you found.

I came across this documentary the other day, and I thought that some of you would be interested in it as well. It's called "Stress: Portrait of a Killer" and it gives all the scientific effects stress has on your life/body. At first, it kinda freaked me out to hear some of the information in this documentary BUT I'm still very glad I watched it because it makes me even more determined to fix my anxiety RIGHT NOW TODAY.
