Hi Ela! Thanks for the heads up on something informative! I think for many this could be beneficial. For those of you whom get obsessive or really anxious about health matters I would say ere on cautious side.
It is good to know how stress affects our bodies. Ela does the documentary give insight how to lower stress? That would be a great thing. I appreciate your sharing with us what you found.
Let us know if you find anything else that you find helpful. We are always looking for ways to help people cope and manage anxiety and stress.

I came across this documentary the other day, and I thought that some of you would be interested in it as well. It's called "Stress: Portrait of a Killer" and it gives all the scientific effects stress has on your life/body. At first, it kinda freaked me out to hear some of the information in this documentary BUT I'm still very glad I watched it because it makes me even more determined to fix my anxiety RIGHT NOW TODAY. I would post the link but I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to post links to anything outside of SP on here so google it if you are interested, DEFINITELY worth watching.
