Waterpixie - I am JUST the same as you. At the moment I am struggling with all the bad stories in the press about things that have happened to people. I am just trying to ween myself from looking at newspapers websites and watching the news to read gossip blogs and food blogs instead and sticking to Sex and the City, Friends and Glee. Also trying to get back to see my CBT therapist as well, she might have some tips\hints. I will keep you posted!
Isn't it funny though how it happens? I never used to worry about stuff like that, I am now seeing these stories and relating them to those "what if..." situations from my past and near misses.
I am also praying a lot more, reading my bible for words and comfort and increasing my vitamin B intake for a natural approach to it.
Are there any others out there who suffer like this?
