i know that there are things that can be worked on e.g. water instead of my extreme gulp half diet/half regular coke, and 3 cups of coffee and 12 ounces of mountain dew, this is the first thing to address is those drinking habits e.g. drink your water first.I like meat but normally throw it on a salad, one handful meat and cut up an apple in the salad and juice oranges, so now what?

it takes lots of time and sometimes its REALLY slow. And muscle also builds so the scale doesnt always move the way we would like it to.

okay then 2 hour walks and eating properly and still the weight is just a part of me that will not come off?

children pushing me last 2 days before school starts to build a tent out in the woods and i was so tired and really not much in the mood for anything, the wind was up, the rain was pouring, so..........i love them so i go...the rain hitting the pond out back well even now i close my eyes and can see the beauty in it as well as...the endorphins starting to kick in and starting to get really involved in throwing a rope over a tree and trying somehow to take my bedspread to make a refuge from the storm, but anyway it was such a blast and i am so glad i pushed myself, something that is a rarity for me!
