Forget pills!! All of those pills will wire you up, especially if you are prone to anxiety!! you need a high intensity workout program like insanity!! i jsut started it last monday, it really is insane!!

Great advice Becky. I'm not sure if you mean all those things they sell over the counter to lose weight. I am leary of all of those. Check with your pharmacist and he can give you the best advice as to safety.

Why don't you work on losing the fat as you lose the weight? If you exercise as you lose weight the fat will be replaced with muscle. The only thing here is the volume that muscle take up is more than the volume that fat takes up.

I'm back to working out and have lost 10 pounds. Once I get to my goal weight I want to build muscle and lost the layer of fat. I would like to look lean and muscular like some of the women on the Oxygen magazine. Maybe not as big! Are there any safe fat burners that don't make anxiety worse?
