Now that you mention it ---- I have been having trouble sleeping. I can fall asleep and then up around midnight or 1 a.m. This does happen occasionally and find it usually due to a change in eating habits.
I have that problem occasionally, but it's usually from the excitement of sunshine and doing things outside.

For the last several years, I've had trouble sleeping during the summer. When I told my doctor, he looked very surprised and said "in the SUMMER?" I think it's because there's so much light! Anyone else have this problem? It must be unusual.
