Good advice, Momma. We have to take it easy on ourselves, but we have to support ourselves. I saw myself in a photo, and I had a shock at how round I've gotten. The only way to reduce is gradually take it off, then keep it off. Sometimes the positive talk is hard to maintain, but that's what work in the end. Hang in there!
Don't be too hard on yourself, Monika, for gaining weight -- we all have those ups and downs on the scale, but we look forward to the next day and go to it again! Back on track and feeling great! And, you can do it, hun!

I am feeling alittle depressed and definatly fat and ugly because I have gained weight again...I cant go out and excersize...I got to go sign up with 24 hour fitness...anyway I posted a blog if anyone wants to read it...big warm angel hugs.
