I have a friend whose main diagnosis is borderline personality disorder. When she was early in treatment, she used to disassociate a lot. Don't take any naps. Take your night time medicine at the same time every night. If you don't get back on schedule with the sleep then I suggest you call you doctor.

I just posted a blog...I have been really having problems sleeping lately...I couldnt sleep again last night, this is now 3 nights in a row...I had to get up early today because I had an appointment...after that I dragged my butt to the hero house, now I wish I had just gone home...I have to wait another half hour to go home, because of bus issues...I just wish I could go now...oh well...I will just hang out right now...
Thank you everyone for the support lately...My mood is better now and I feel myself going up...maybe that is why I cant sleep...my moods seem to be mixed the last few days...yesturday I dissociated at church...I remember going and sitting there, but for the life of me I cant remember what happened...today I am just really tired and feeling alittle blah...I hope that my sleep improves because I cant handle any more nights without much sleep. Anyway I was trying to say thank you for the support and prayers...everyone here are so nice and wonderful...I guess this all should have been in my blog...haha...I couldnt think of what to type after what I did say...big warm angel hugs...
