so you mean doing all of them in a day or choosing to do one of the three each day? i think the choice of one each day would work

Or, we could do a multiple choice sort of challenge!

(1) 50 Jumping Jacks
(2) 15 minutes of jumping rope
(3) Extra 15 minutes of walking

Something on that order, what do we think? We have one more day of February, so keep sharing those ideas! Love it!!

there is a 10 min. SP jump rope video, and you dont have to use a rope, just do the motions, thats what I do and I love it, do it almost daily

I like the jumping jacks idea since I can do inside (I do like jumping rope but we have WAY too much snow outside and I'm not sure I can jump rope where I exercise inside??) Maybe I need to think outside the box and try my summer time exercise in the winter :)
Whichever you chose, I am game! Count me in!!! :)
