I haven't been here that long, but I honestly don't see a lot of participation from other team members. Granted, that could be because I'm not particularly interested in the games forum. Everyone I've talked to here has been incredibly friendly and supportive, though, so I still feel the positive approach. Overall, I like being part of the team (even if I don't really know a lot of you, haha).

You are super welcome, my friend! And, DEFINITELY, everyone, share your worries and feelings with us -- As Rose said, that's why we're here and we're here to help one another and we're doing an awesome job! Keep it up everyone!
I know I took a long sabbatical if you will, but when I came back I found it refreshing to be surrounded with so much positives. Throughout the time I have been with this team I have been able to feel comfortable in sharing both my struggles and my successes here. We have a great team and I am happy to be a part of it.
I do hope that even though we are trying to stay positive, that you will be comfortable to share with us your troubles or fears. That is why we are here...to help one another out and deal with life.
Thank you Momma for your help and positive influence for the team!

I totally love it everyone! for sharing your thoughts! When I signed on to help co-lead, I wanted to make things more positive for our friends -- as we deal with enough negatives in our lives already! Positive thoughts can beat those stressful thoughts sometimes -- and you can do it!
And, the support I've seen here is It seems to have a one-on-one sort of feeling and that understanding and care is coming through loud and clear to all!
I have to agree with JanJill on the positive and negative responses. But i haven't been in this group really long enough to judge it just yet. I do need to get more involved in the group discussions. So hopefully i can find the help and support i am looking for.
I believe that in the last month I have had a lot of fun with the word associations and three letter words, etc. They have really taken some of the stress off my shoulders as they are simple but yet fun to do. I also feel that we definately get support from everyone and it has been great. I like reading all the responses from everyone-it makes me feel comfortable like I know you.

I do this with my other Teams that I lead here at Sparks and it really works well, as we can generally see how we're doing with our posts, our support of one another, etc.
So, here we go -- Question Time! And, please answer honestly - no one will be offended - just share your thoughts.
QUESTION: Since you joined this Team, do you feel as though your stress and anxiety has lessened, or do you feel you have more support and encouragement over the past few months, etc., from our friends here. Do you like more of the POSITIVE approach to dealing with the stress, rather than the NEGATIVE?
Please share as we want to make sure we're covering the areas that help everyone the most, that offer that support that we all love and need, etc.
Thanks everyone for your honesty -- and let's make this a super group of friends that is "doing it" -- progressing all the way!
