I've tried to do the basic hula hooping and it drops to the floor every time! My family just laughs at me -- but, I don't know why, I'm super flexible in every other part of my body, but my hips or something! I need more practice -- but it sounds fantastic and it is a great workout!

I do hula hooping on my Wii, the 10 minute one is knackering! I didn't realise you could actually get weighted Hula Hoops though. Intriguing!

1st Goal : Get from my start weight of 16st 11 (235 lbs) to 15st (210 lbs)
I will set another goal when i have completed this one!
I just did a 20 minute workout with my weighted hula hoop during TV commercials and boy am I worn out! Who knew hula hooping could be such a workout?
Next I'm going to try some booty exercises or yoga on my Wii Fit. Maybe being stuck indoors because of this weather isn't such a bad thing since I'm getting to try out all my indoor exercise options!
