You CAN do this. the motivation and support are here for you. i know how you fel not seeing the scale move i have been working hard for two full weeks on the 28 day program from SPark book and havent seen the scale move at all BUT i put on a pair of jeans the other day that i have not been able to zip for 2 years. watch the other things in your life change also not just the scale. and REMEMBER always we are all in this together if you need support WE are here for you!!!!
I'm not a big fan of the "diet" word myself. Just focus on a lifestyle change!

New day today and I am feel much better thanks to all you guys!!! Something about knowing your not alone is a good feeling. I am going to try to keep my anxiety under wraps today and try to focus on that instead of "Dieting" I really dislike that word!! Hope you all have a great day!!

hang in there, dont throw in the towel yet. muscle can weigh more than fat I do more strenght training than cardeo LRKNOBS gave great advice, we are all here for you,we all slip from time to time, just remember tomarow is another day You can do it
Thank you for your reply. I just feel like I am trying so hard. I even find myself kinda moody since I have had to cut out some of my favorit foods. I am not one of those who can eat a little bit of the candy bar, I gotta eat the whole darn thing!!! Your right I can and I will do this!!!

Today I ate way moer caleries than I should have. I have been working out for three weeks now and no change so far. I have been doing more weights than cardio? Maybe thats why? I just want to throw in the the towel but I am trying my best to stay motivated.
