I think a fitness challenge would be great. Maybe a certain number of minutes a day so many days a week. Just a thought and keep it sort of simple so everyone will feel it's doable and not overwhelming.

I think that would be a great idea! The Wii team that I'm on is doing the Wii-lympics in celebration of the Olympics (starts on Friday). I'm afraid I don't really have an idea for a challenge here, though...

SHORT-TERM GOALS:
1. Drink eight glasses of water each day
2. Eat at least two servings of fruit or vegetables each day
3. Exercise for at least fifteen minutes each day

I'm just wondering if anyone would like to do some sort of a Team Challenge. Or, how about a physical activity challenge -- something that we could track every day and one that is good for our bodies, minds and souls!
