I was wondering if there was anybody else out there that suffers with this particularly distressing symptom of Anxiety.
When i first started suffering with Anxiety, this was my worst symptom. I didn't feel real at all, i felt dizzy all the time, and it was like living in a goldfish bowl.
I'm just slightly concerned that, ok, i have been a bad girl and have been not meeting my calorie intake which means i have been under eating. Five weeks on i feel dizzy, and the derealisation is coming back. I assume its because i havent had enough food, but i just feel awfull, and those feelings coming back to me is just making me very depressed. I have learnt my lesson, and fully intake to meet my calorie needs every day, i have even been reading the spark information pages and been reading articles about how to boost my calorie intake in gradual ways.
I just wondered if there are other people out there.
