Sounds and I hope you had a fun time at your water aerobics class. For me, today was a "numb" sort of day, as my uncle passed away and rather unexpectedly. I'm not stressed, but I'm just feeling the loss and thinking of how it affects my dad, as he spoke to my uncle every day - morning - afternoon and night! I think the hurt is coming from knowing that my dad has lost his brother-in-law and his friend and I so worry about my dad. He is 84 and it's all a reminder of how quickly the years come and go -- and I can't handle the thought of losing any of my family members -- we're all so close to each other.
I woke up this morning feeling more anxious, but I just took those deep breaths and concentrated on the day and eventually they lessened. I got on Sparks and soon my mind was on other things -- friends and positives -- and it lowered that anxious/stressed feeling. It always helps to feel that support, care, friendship and fun!
I hear ya -- tax time is always a headache to get through -- I dread it! But I had a fairly good day and don't feel over-stressed. Now, if it could only be Thursday (which is my last day of the work week), I'd be overjoyed!
