Yep, I think I just discovered why, now after never having panic attacks before, why I am getting them now....I am 'competing' with myself in trying to lower my bp!! That raises my thinking and dwelling on it and is triggering the panic.
I hope maybe this will help one of you, too!! Now, to change my habits...put that bp monitor in the closet after I check it in the AM, until it's time to check it at night (unless I feel it go up--and I know when it does), per doctors orders and live my life....big step, but...I can do this, too!!
