I do the same thing. I get more anxious putting pressure on myself and thinking about things I need to change. I just started recently telling myself to just try and if I mess up feel better for just trying.
i've had a rough time getting msyelf together, so i decided to make a fresh start today.i deserve to be happy & i refuse to let my anxiety get the best of me! i've had a really rough year, and everytime i think of CHANGING MY LIFESTYLE for the better, I tend to get really bad anxiety about messing up and resorting back to my old habits. does anyone else ever get anxiety like that & what do you do to ease it?
