Monika~ Hugs and prayers. I hope you have gotten through this evening without self injurying. If things get worse can you call your therapist or dr who is on call or perhaps a local crisis line. Here we have one that is 24/7.
Take some deep breaths, maybe a relaxing bubble bath and tuck into bed early....if you haven't already done so.
I hope you find peace to rest tonight and that tomorrow will be a brighter day. Please let me know how you are doing.

I am not doing good today...I have been having urges to cut all day...I am tryin to keep my mind occupied so I dont think about it but it just manages to creep into my thoughts...I am frustrated that no one at my parents church seems to care...It makes me want to keep going to the other church even more...I dont know if I really want to go back to my parents church anymore...all everyone said to me was asking where my parents were and when they are coming home...they didnt really care about how I am doing....sigh...I dont know why I expect that...I should be used to it by now...oh well...I just need to get through the day without cutting...I have been thinking about it in detail, how to do it, where to do it and what to do...grrr....I hate this, I just want to quit doing it and my thoughts dont help...I am about to cry now...sigh...sorry just venting and sort of got on a tangent...I said more then I intended...big warm angel hugs for all...
