Monika~ Hugs and prayers. I hope you have gotten through this evening without self injurying. If things get worse can you call your therapist or dr who is on call or perhaps a local crisis line. Here we have one that is 24/7.
Take some deep breaths, maybe a relaxing bubble bath and tuck into bed early....if you haven't already done so.
