As I feared, I gained 1/2 lb. That is better than previous weeks - though I believe that to have been water.
I will try to remind myself I'm on a journey & think of all the other things exercising is bringing into my life.
I really do not have a poor diet. I just do not understand why after 4 weeks I have not lost an ounce. I missed one day thus far & it was due to illness. On my non-cardio days I still do yoga, so I am getting exercise every single day.
* I know my tracker says .5 lbs lost, but the week before I started sparkspeople I had weighed a lb less (so in essence I'm 0.5 lbs heavier than 12/26), I had started my exercise a week before I found sparkspeople.
