I didn't worry about a phone call that went sour. I racked it up to a friend having a bad night. Turned out that my thinking was correct and things are fine now.

Today I am giving myself permission not to worry about getting my lawn work done. I am going to ignore it, and take some much needed me time.

I found out today that my daughter finally went flying with her boyfriend (a student pilot), and I didn't worry about it because it was already done. Had I known, I would of worried which is why she didn't tell me I suppose!
I told her to tell me next time though, just in case, but I do always think worse case scenario....

Sometimes after a session I feel dizzy and it's not the medications but just the emotional upheaval a session in my body. It can be overwhelming sometimes and that can make you feel dizzy as well.
Glad you had a better session though, Linda.
Cynthia, hope you get a hold of your friend soon....
Ok I'm already worrying about why my friend isn't answering his cell phone. I will try to put that worry into a box and place it on a shelf.
Linda~ Glad the session went well. Hope you feel better. Dizziness can be a side effect of med. Is this a new med for you? Let us know how the P-dr appointment goes.

Thanks for the well wishes, I appreciate it. I do hope we just move on to the Topamax. But the doc wants me to wait.
Linda meds can make you dizzy mine do. I also have a little vertigo in the inner ear and that only effects me in a positional way.
Thanks for the info on topamax, I will definately be seeking that one.

Actually I had a better therapy appointment yesterday than usual. But then today I am very anxious and a little dizzy for some reason. I see the P-Doc tomorrow at my appointment and I will talk to her about whether it is my meds.

Sounds like you are due some much needed relief. Sorry the shot didn't work. I never took Imitrx, but I took Relpax which helped pretty much. I took topamax for two years, but was prescribed it for a mood stablizer. I did notice however that during that two year span I rarely had a headache. Topamax from my understanding can also help with anxiety so perhaps this would be a great med for you!

Thanks for asking Cynthia. I am doing okay. I had two dr appts this week and one on Monday. My dr increased my Lexapro, which I was glad for, but of course it will take 4 to 6 wks to see the benefits. But I have been battling migraines again. I used to take meds for them a few years ago. I guess I have to again. I have had this one since Sunday night. I got a shot Wednesday for it, but it is still lingering, kinda like it just has a blanket over it. Where is still hurts, but is tolerable. My dr is starting me on imitrx (spelling?). But for it to be effective you have to used it before the migraine is full blown. Sometimes I don't have much notice. Then after I see him in 6wks, we may move to Topamax which you take daily to prevent them. Anyway,I am doing okay, just frustrated. Thanks

It's nice to see us worrying less....or at least letting something go.
I didn't worry about taking a nap. I took it without feeling guilty. Now the key is to now worry about if I will be able to sleep tonigh!
Becky~ I bet DD was thrilled you let her stay home alone.
Linda~ How did the therapy appointment go? I had mine today as well.
Julie~ Exerything go ok at the Dr's?
Izzy~ How is the house coming along?

I didn't worry, well maybe a tiny bit, when I left my daughter home for the first time by herself. She has been begging me for years to let her stay by herself and I am way overprotective. So, today, she got to do it and she survived!! Me too!!
