My scale went bye bye a few years ago. I became obsessed with weighing myself. I weighed in 3-5 times a day. It made me miserable so I finally gave myself the gift of throwing it away.
I think weighing in once a week is adequate. If you feel the need to weigh in every day...try weighing in at the same time of day. Varied times of day causes inaccurate readings which could frazzle ya if ya let it!
There are so many other ways to measure success so if you feel the scale is bringing ya down try putting it away for awhile.
