I am a daily weigher myself. Currently, I am stuck and just begging that thing to move. Anyway, that is my fault. I tend to let my hubby talk me into, bad eating habits. Sometimes, I think he doesn't realize the influence he has. Anyway, I didn't weigh this morning. I am going to try and wait until next monday and see. Maybe it will actually move.
I weigh myself a few times a week. I make myself not get on it too much because I know I would be a wreck if it said I gained weight. Usually what I do is I step on the scale with my clothes on first. If it looks good and it looks like I might have lost some, then I undress and weigh. HAHA. If it looks iffy, I skip the undressing for a few more days. One idea is to move the scale to a closet or something. Somewhere where it isn't so easy to step on. Then you can pull it out when you need it.
The toughest part of a diet isn't watching what you eat. It's watching what other people eat.
My scale went bye bye a few years ago. I became obsessed with weighing myself. I weighed in 3-5 times a day. It made me miserable so I finally gave myself the gift of throwing it away.
I think weighing in once a week is adequate. If you feel the need to weigh in every day...try weighing in at the same time of day. Varied times of day causes inaccurate readings which could frazzle ya if ya let it!
There are so many other ways to measure success so if you feel the scale is bringing ya down try putting it away for awhile.

Not me. I weigh myself maybe once a week but only really enter my weight and measurements on SP once a month.
I'm too scared there will be no change or worse, added pounds!

I am a scale-freak too. I think its because when I in binge-mode I totally avoid the scale completely (you know, am totally in denial).
I don't think theres anything wrong with frequent weighing AS LONG AS you don't allow it to influence you too much.
Yes, the scale tracks part of our progress, but it's about a whole lot more than numbers.
I do too somedays. I too am getting better about at least only once a day. But I need to cut back to once maybe twice a week......unless AF is in town then I barely weight it.....too much weight gain that week.
