I joined! The idea of a swimsuit at this point is almost nauseating, but I can sure use the boost to get back on track. Last summer I was diagnosed with a health problem and since then I've gained back over half of the weight I'd lost. Bootcamp is going to help me get the scale moving back in the proper direction.
For my 30 minutes of cardio, I'll probably put on some upbeat music and dance like a crazy woman. Thank goodness I'm a stay-at-home mom!

I saw that and got scared right away, me in a swimsuit???
Okay, I've read more about it now and I think I'm going to try it out. Most of it sounds reasonable for my schedule, I'm a little worried about the 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week but at least I have a nice dyke to walk on by my house and an elliptical here at home so I don't necessarily need to go to the gym (I still go at least 3-4 days a week for the cardio and strength training but not usually 5 days, weekends are too crowded).
