When I need to relax and have fun, I like to go camping, read inspirational books, do search-a-words, get on my computer and check email or SP.
The toughest part of a diet isn't watching what you eat. It's watching what other people eat.
I'm a reader too and the same type of novels as you Cynthia. I like James Patterson, Jonathan Kellerman, John Grisham, Michael Connelly, lots of crime authors as well as medical thrillers.
I bet you've read a lot of Anne Rule for your true crime, I've read many or most of her books too.
Have you been watching the Women's Murder Club show at all, based on Patterson's novels?

I enjoy looking at the stars on a clear night when the weather is nice.
Spending time with my bestfriend.
Playing board games.
Taking walks and looking at nature.
I enjoy learning new things.
Since we all have our issues with anxiety I think it's important that we do things that are relaxing and fun. Keeping everything serious and uptight can be hard on the spirit. So what do you all like to do for fun?
I enjoy walking through my downtown area especially the beautiful park. I love to read. My favorites are Jim Patterson and any type of true crime srories. I like going out for coffee and spending time with my friends. I love to talk too! LOL! I also enjoy swimming and driving to the mountains.
