What about starting with something fairly small for the first goal...like eliminating one stressor in our lives over the course of a month (be it television a few nights a week, or making a new routine for ourselves to create easier morning time, or dropping a commitment that takes a toll on us, whatever).
Or we could have a goal to find and incorporate a new relaxation technique into our routines and build the time we do this from 5 minutes a day to 15 minutes.
Something like these to ease into a new goal.
