Or how about having quiet time where we just relax. I guess that kinda goes with what shellbertann said but like take time to read a book or something relaxing for a few min everyday. The stressor thing is good too but sometimes hard to do.

What about starting with something fairly small for the first goal...like eliminating one stressor in our lives over the course of a month (be it television a few nights a week, or making a new routine for ourselves to create easier morning time, or dropping a commitment that takes a toll on us, whatever).
Or we could have a goal to find and incorporate a new relaxation technique into our routines and build the time we do this from 5 minutes a day to 15 minutes.
Something like these to ease into a new goal.

As mentioned in the SparkMails, Team Goals is a new feature to help SparkTeam members work together to accomplish common goals. Basically, Team Leaders will be able to set goals for the Team (both on an individual level and a Team level) and members can choose whether or not they'd like to participate. If they decide to participate, the goal will show up on their Other Goals page for them to track. I will also see a section for Team Goals on your main SparkTeam page.
I'm asking for suggestions as to what you would like your overall team goals to be. Please post them in this thread.
