Well this is my bad week. I've been so stressed and full of anxiety at work and irritable in general. I haven't eaten at my best, but still not overdoing it either, and I was way too tired to go to the gym yesterday.
I'm still grumpy today but will at least do 45 mins on my elliptical tonight. I promise....

Hope everyone is having a good day so far. I am doing ok. Was able to make it to the gym, which is always good. But I have to work.
Did really bad yesterday with my eating. Didn't even log it. Had taco bell for dinner and then candy bars for dessert. UGH! It was the first time in 2 weeks that I ate like that, but I guess old habits are hard to break, eh?
Working on having a better eating day today and an anxiety free one at that. Hope you are all able to do the same.
