Good idea. I've been working on my anxiety as well but never thought of putting it as a goal here.

I went into my short term goals on this site and added a bunch of anxiety related goals. Hopefully I will start to worry less if I meet these goals everyday!
Never have regrets because at one point, everything you did was exactly what you wanted.
