I like the new Points Plus program. Most fruits and veggies are "free", those high in carbohydrates do have a point value. I eat a lot of salad with every veggie I can, along with a hard boiled egg (2 pts), about 2 oz of chicken (3 pts), and use a light dressing (2 pts). I end with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc. with no points. It's a very filling, satisfying lunch or dinner. I get 26 points per day, plus extra for treadmill, and then 45 extra per week. To me, it's an easy to do lifestyle change. I also drink a lot of water, sometimes I'm thirsty and think I'm hungry! Congrats on the decision to make changes, it's one day, one choice at a time! We're here to make a difference in each other's daily walking this out.

Hello all, ive done ww in the past and lost alot of weight, after having more children Im even bigger than I was before grrr! But I am now back to it but i am not so keen on the pp+ plan, I think its prob bcoz the points seemed to have doubled (very frustrating). So im wanting to give the wendie plan a go as I think it sounds very good, just hoping I lose with eating ALL my points. If anyone has any advice please share!!
