I had to do the water intake to avoid the entry level high blood pressure meds--diuretics. Thanks to my doctor giving me the option, I drink more than eight glasses of water, and only low sodium soft drinks if any. Green tea is my new healthy snack after dinner. It was a full year mastering the water intake before I joined SP.
I love the taste of food, but I love the taste of life even better!
