I did! Woo!! Only 20 minutes on the Gazelle and then 15 minutes of weights, but it's something (and at 4:00 a.m., it's enough!). I am nursing a foot injury so everything has to be low- to no-impact right now, which means my beloved treadmill and I have to put our friendship on hold. This makes the runner in me sad, the lazy person in me glad, and my willpower muscles slightly irritated because now they have to work extra hard to keep me away from the birthday cake flavored ice cream.

today no formal exercise...after being chauffeur and personal assistant to my mom all day I am usually beat! I consider the day I take her on her errands to be my rest from intentional exercise day.

Congrats to everybody keeping up with the exercise! Today I did 48 minutes (4 miles) on the treadmill and then capped it off with 30 minutes of a kickboxing cardio video. My feet are yelling at me, "What the...?!" LOL
