I like this suggestion on how to prepare for a hot HM:

Suggestions:
1) Move treadmill to kitchen and work out with oven at 400F and door open.
2) Drag a spare tire during long runs. A real tire, not your natural "spare tire".
3) Buy a running parasol. Or SPF 100 sunblock. Your choice.
4) Practice cursing.
