I think that guy learned his lesson: don't mess with a Mother Runner! :)

If you run, you are a runner. It doesn't matter how fast or how far. It doesn't matter if today is your first day or if you've been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run.

She was dressed for her workout and folding clothes when she noticed a man try to steal her husband's bike right out of their garage and she gave chase.

"I was planning on running six miles that day, but I could do 12 if I needed to," she said.
