Thanks for the link. Of course, there's a lot of stuff the Kenyans do that I can't copy because of the constraints of earning a living as an office worker in the first world, but one thing jumped out at me:

For whatever reason, the term "stumbling jog" made sense to me in my effort to learn to run slower. And I really, really need to learn to run slower if I'm ever going to stretch my distance to half marathon length.
I now have two runs under my belt with average pace a minute per mile slower than I would naturally run. They're both short runs by half marathon training standards (3.66 and 4.30 miles), but it's a start.
