Rest and see your doc if you are not better in a week---injuries are very tough to diagnose and doing any form of exercise (even stretching) without knowing the cause may create other issues up and down your kinetic chain.

I ran a half marathon a week ago and really pushed to finish in under 2.5 hours. Now my hips hurt. they hurt on the front where they bend. I assume it is tendonitis. Does anyone have any tips for getting better...other than rest, I mean?
